After the implant therapy, antibiotic and analgesic are given to the patient, and the patient is ensured to be comfortable after the operation. Sutures are taken 1 week after the procedure.
After the implant is placed, tehere is 2-3 months waiting time according to the quality of the person’s jaw bone and the way the implant is applied. Thepurpose of this waiting period is to create an implant-bone connection (osteointegration)

What Should Be Considered After Implant Application?

After the operation;

The doctor’s advices must be conformed.
The prescribed medications should be used regularly.
The first 24 hours after the operation should be ice compress.
After the operation, nothing should be eaten or drunk until anesthesia is over.
Hot, acidic drinks, alcoholic beverages, smoking should not be consumed in first 3 days. You shouldn’t take a hot shower.
On the first day of operation, the mouth should not be shaken, sucked and spit. The first day should not be gargling or brushing.
After each meal, the area must be cleaned carefully.
When an unexpected situation, the doctor should definitely be consulted.

In implant prosthetic care;

Brushing and flossing should be done very carefully as recommended by the doctor.
The cleaning of the inside of the implant moving prostheses should be done very well.

WhatAre The Advantages Of Implant?

The implant is more advantageous than other standard methods (crowns, bridges, partial-total dentures) used to remove the missing teeth.
